Permanent Account & Data Deletion
Deleting your account is permanent. All saved addresses, order history, active wallet balance, and referral rewards will be wiped from our active databases.
What happens when your account is deleted?
- Your login access will be immediately revoked across both customer and seller apps.
- Your name, phone number, and email address will be permanently removed.
- Any associated shop listings or KC Seller account data will be deactivated.
- Financial records may be retained for mandatory statutory compliance as required by law.
